About Harkamal

Harkamal Rai practices in insurance defence and general civil litigation, with experience in alternative dispute resolution, and has represented clients in both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia. She was called to the British Columbia bar in 2013 after graduating from law school at the University of Victoria in 2012, and holds a Master of Arts in Asia-Pacific Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of British Columbia. She previously worked with the International Service for Human Rights in Geneva and is a past President and Director of the South Asian Bar Association of British Columbia.
