About Hargo

Hargo S. Mundi was called to the bar in Saskatchewan in 2000, in Alberta in 2001 and in British Columbia in 2003. He clerked at the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal and practised with a national law firm in Calgary before starting practice in Surrey in 2003 and joining Kaminsky & Company in 2010. Mundi practises mainly in commercial lending, advising institutional and private lenders on financing, commercial and private loans and lender security, and also handles purchase and sale of businesses, asset transactions, share transactions and corporate reorganizations for clients ranging from small businesses to public companies. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Kwantlen Polytechnic University Foundation from 2004 to 2012.
