About Barry

Barry Joe has represented consumers and businesses on real estate, corporate, business and estate matters for over 40 years, having established himself in Surrey over four decades ago. He is a former director of the Surrey Chamber of Commerce, and his practice covers real estate transactions, subdivisions, construction and condominium projects, incorporations, business purchases, franchises and lease negotiations. Joe has a special interest in the food and hospitality industry, having worked in it for over 40 years both as a lawyer and as an owner of several restaurants. He is a member of the Vancouver Chapter of the American Wine Society, the Law Society of British Columbia and the American Bar Association's Economics Section, and consults with clients in Cantonese.
