About Gursharan
Gursharan Sidhu is a Barrister and Solicitor at SGK Law whose primary focus is criminal law, including theft, robbery, assault, sexual assault and uttering threats charges, along with representing youth clients. He also practises prison law, representing clients at parole hearings and parole revocation hearings. Sidhu completed his undergraduate studies at York University in Toronto, majoring in Political Science, and earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom before obtaining NCA accreditation and being called to the bar in British Columbia in November 2023. Born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario, he moved to British Columbia in 2022 and is fluent in Punjabi.
