About Greg

Greg Monforton is a co-founding partner of Greg Monforton & Partners in Windsor, Ontario. Monforton was called to the bar in 1981 and founded the firm immediately afterward. Monforton practices as a trial lawyer representing catastrophically injured claimants. In 1987, when the Law Society of Upper Canada lifted its ban on lawyer advertising, Greg Monforton & Partners became the first Ontario law firm to advertise its services on television. Monforton has been featured in the Financial Post, The Windsor Star, The Mississauga News, and Law Times for advocacy on behalf of accident victims, and authored a newspaper legal advice column called You & the Law.
