About Graham
Graham Andrews joined SMM Law as an associate in June 2016 after working at a boutique litigation firm in Toronto. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History from Trinity College at the University of Toronto and his Juris Doctor from Bond University in Queensland, Australia, and was called to the bar in 2012. His practice covers estate planning and estate litigation, and real estate matters including purchases, sales, refinances, severances, and land development. He has appeared before the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Ontario Municipal Board, Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal, and worked on successful appeals of Ontario's first Renewable Energy Approvals. Andrews chairs the Cobourg Heritage Advisory Committee and sits on the executive of the Cobourg and East Northumberland Branch of the Architectural Conservancy of Ontario.
