About Graeme
Graeme Maitland is an associate whose practice includes civil litigation, family law, and wills and estates, and he has appeared before federal and provincial courts and tribunals in Alberta and Nova Scotia. He graduated from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and holds a certificate in Marine Law from Dalhousie's Marine & Environmental Law Institute. Before law school, Graeme earned his undergraduate degree from University College at the University of Toronto and a master's degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He grew up in Calgary and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2017. Graeme serves as Vice-Chair of the Canadian Bar Association's Young Lawyers National Section and sits as an executive member of the Alberta Young Lawyers South and Alberta Solo, Small Firm, and General Practice South Sections. He also chairs the Kensington Business Revitalization Zone Board of Directors and the Kensington Festival Society.
