About Gokcin

Gokcin Nalsok is a partner engaged in general corporate and commercial law that includes commercial and residential real estate. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, restructuring, and amalgamations, and she prepares shareholder agreements, security documents, and purchase agreements. She earned her LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 2004 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005.
