About Gino

Gino Paciocco is a co-founding partner of Paciocco & Mellow. Born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, he earned an honours undergraduate degree in criminology from the University of Windsor, with minors in psychology and geography. He received his law degree from the University of Windsor in 2005 and was called to the bar in 2006, and has since practiced personal injury and insurance law. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and Ontario's appellate courts. Paciocco belongs to the Law Society of Ontario and the Essex Law Association, and is part of the Brain Injury Litigation Network. Early in his career, he successfully argued a case that was reported in the Dominion Law Reports, a national publication.
