About George

George Green is a partner at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office and chairs its Labour and Employment Law Practice Group. His practice covers employment contracts, terminations, wrongful dismissal litigation, occupational health and safety charges, workplace investigations, and accommodations. He represents the firm with the Employment Law Alliance and is a past President of the Saskatoon Bar Association and Treasurer of the Saskatoon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. George earned a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 1999 and a Bachelor of Laws with distinction in 2002, joined the firm that year, and became partner in 2010. He was appointed King's Counsel in 2025 and is recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada 2026 and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.
