Geoffrey Gilbert practises in infrastructure, mining and project finance. He advises on royalty agreements, offtake arrangements, public and private financing by mining entities, bank financing including mine project financing, mergers and acquisitions of mining companies and assets, and mining joint ventures. He serves as chair of the national infrastructure practice.
