About Geneviève

Foster is a Laval-based lawyer specializing in commercial law, serving pharmaceutical companies and small and medium-sized businesses, both privately held and publicly traded. Foster previously worked for several years as in-house counsel, and the practice today covers commercial contract drafting and negotiation, including licensing and business-acquisition agreements, corporate secretarial work, and public-company governance.
