Geneviève Eliany opened the firm in 2017, having first built up a busy criminal practice in British Columbia while working with Shawn Buckley. Law wasn't the first career: before it came more than ten years of studying and practising homeopathic medicine, which left Eliany well versed in the issues that natural health makers, practitioners and their patients deal with.
The office is in downtown Hamilton, and Eliany often acts for clients in nearby places such as Burlington, Milton, St. Catharines and Brantford. Most callers first reach Emily Brunt, a licensed paralegal who came to the firm in 2019 from Mohawk College's paralegal program.
