Gavin Birer advises dentists, pharmacists, veterinarians, physicians, physiotherapists, chiropractors, optometrists, and independent health facility operators in Ontario on purchase and sale transactions, practice incorporations, financing, and shareholder and partnership agreements. He was called to the bar in South Africa in 1996 and Ontario in 2001, and holds an LL.B. from the University of the Witwatersrand and an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
