About Gary
Gary Caroline is the principal of Caroline Law Corporation, based in Vancouver. His practice centres on union-side labour relations, including negotiating collective agreements and advising unions on their servicing models, as well as corporate foreign affairs, risk management, and government relations work. He has represented individuals detained in foreign jurisdictions in violation of their human rights, including advocacy connected to the release and return of Mohamed Fahmy and Abderrahmane Ghanem to Canada. He has also provided leadership training for the Rwandan National Women's Council and worked with Aids Free World in Uganda. Gary was born in Montreal and has practised in British Columbia for the past two decades. He is also president of the firm's sister company, The Ofelas Group Inc.
