About Garth
Garth was admitted to the bar in British Columbia in 1975 and practices commercial real estate, real estate development, non-profit housing development, commercial leasing, conveyancing, mortgage lending, wills and estate planning, and business law. He served as a Burnaby City Councillor from 2005 to 2008 and has held director roles with the Royal British Columbia Museum, the Queens Park Health Care Foundation, and the British Columbia Degree Quality Assessment Board. He was awarded the Canadian Medal of Bravery in 1981 and the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal for Community Service in 2012. Garth holds a BA in Economics (1971) and an LL.B. (1974), both from the University of British Columbia.
