About Gareth

Gareth Pugh is a partner in KMSC Law LLP's solicitors group, practising business law, real estate, and wills and estate administration out of the Grande Prairie and Fairview offices. His business law work includes acting for purchasers and vendors in asset and share transactions, advising on financing and incorporations, and drafting corporate and commercial agreements and shareholder agreements; he also acts on real property purchases and sales and helps clients develop and administer estate plans. Gareth earned a BSc through Northwestern Polytechnic and the University of Alberta, and a JD from the University of Alberta in 2012, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2013. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of Northwest Alberta and volunteers with Grande Prairie Legal Guidance.
