About Gaétan

Gaétan Lévesque is a lawyer at Rivest Schmidt and has practised labour law since 1990. Lévesque holds a law degree from Université de Montréal (1988) and a Maîtrise in public law (1992), represents workers and unions in the public sector (notably education) and private sector, has taught at UQAM, and has served as a union negotiator during collective agreement renewals in 2010 and 2020. Lévesque also handles pension plan matters and serves as the firm's privacy officer.
