About Frédérique

Frederique Boulanger is a partner at Renno & Vathilakis, called to the Quebec Bar in 2020 and joining the firm effective October 1, 2025. Her practice covers civil and commercial litigation, including banking law, contract and shareholder disputes, mortgage law, class actions, bankruptcy, hidden defects, employment law, successions, and housing law, and she advises financial institutions on Quebec property leasing. Boulanger holds an LL.B. from the University of Sherbrooke (2019). She practised at a Montreal boutique litigation firm from 2020 to 2025, where she was promoted to vice-president in 2024, before joining Renno & Vathilakis. She sits on the board of Villa Sainte-Marcelline and has been a member of the Association du jeune barreau de Montreal since 2020.
