About Carolyn

Carolyn Booth practises fertility law and civil law, including contract law, civil liability, and commercial litigation support, and has appeared before the Quebec Superior Court and the Court of Québec. She combines her law degree with a background in social work, which she draws on in communicating and negotiating with parties in conflict. She holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Civil Law, both from McGill University (2020), along with a Bachelor and a Master of Social Work also from McGill (2016 and 2020). She was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2021 and received the Brenda Gewurz Fellowship for Feminist Leadership in 2016.
