About Fred
Fred Nudel is a partner at Mountain Peak Law with over 27 years of experience in family law. He handles complex, high-conflict disputes including child protection matters and alternative dispute resolution, appearing at all levels of court including the BC Court of Appeal. He is accredited as a family law mediator, arbitrator, and parenting coordinator through the Law Society of British Columbia, and has served as Family Duty Counsel. He is involved in pro bono initiatives, mentors young lawyers, and advocates for Indigenous youth rights. He holds an LL.B. in Common Law from the University of Victoria (1994) and an LL.B. in Civil Law from the Universite de Sherbrooke (1992), and was called to the British Columbia bar in 1995. He is fluent in English and French, with additional proficiency in Hebrew.
