About Florence

Florence Lemire Jeune joined the firm in February 2025 as part of the tax team, focusing on corporate reorganizations, business transfers and estate planning, with particular interest in trusts and real estate taxation. She previously worked at a law firm and an accounting firm, and served as a research assistant for the Research Chair in Taxation and Public Finance.
