About Filip
Filip Szadurski is a partner at Greenwood Law focused on employment and litigation matters for clients across Canada, having been called to the bar in both Ontario and Alberta. He regularly guides employers through workplace compliance issues, internal investigations, contracts, compensation packages and policies, while also representing employers and employees in negotiations and before courts and tribunals, including executive-level disputes. He writes and speaks frequently on employment law topics at legal conferences and for businesses. He rounds out his practice with commercial litigation and defence against regulatory and provincial offences matters, and holds certification as a workplace investigator from the Human Resources Professionals Association. Filip came to law after a career as a gourmet chef, an experience running a business that now informs his practical approach to cases. He holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School along with a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Carleton University.
