About Félix

Félix Deschamps-Cadieux founded Deschamps Cadieux avocat in 2004 after three years working as a tax specialist at the accounting firm Gallant Dupuis Tremblay Sauvageau. He focuses on tax planning and business law, advising on start-ups, shareholder integration, and business purchases and sales. His practice covers corporate structuring, including forming companies and trusts and preparing shareholder agreements, and he handles the tax, legal and asset-protection aspects of corporate transactions. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics (1996) and a law degree (1999), both from the Université de Montréal, and a master's degree in taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke (2002). He has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2002.
