About Farzhana

Farzhana (Roopa) Jhuty was raised in Calgary, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Business, before moving to England to obtain her law degree with honours from the University of Manchester. With nearly 10 years of legal experience, she articled with a boutique law firm in Abbotsford, BC, before moving to Vancouver in 2013. As a family lawyer, she takes a collaborative approach to resolving disputes, working toward amicable solutions through settlement conferences, mediation, and negotiation, while representing clients in both Supreme Court and Provincial Court when court intervention is necessary.
