About Steven

Steven Saran earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia, followed by a law degree with honours from the University of Sussex in England in 2018, interning at a criminal litigation firm in London along the way. After completing his NCA exams, he pursued an LL.M in Taxation at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC, graduating in 2020, and began his legal career in family law at Stride Law. His background in taxation helps him understand complex cases involving tax considerations, including family businesses, and he has drafted arguments and applications for judicial reviews in Federal Court.
