About Erin

Erin Kotz is an associate at Roper Greyell practising in all areas of workplace law, with additional experience in commercial litigation and corporate advisory work. She has represented clients in all levels of court in British Columbia, commercial and private arbitrations, and injunction proceedings, and completed a judicial clerkship at the Circuit Court for Baltimore City on a felony criminal trial docket. She holds a BA and a JD, both from UBC, and was called to the bar in Ontario in 2019, British Columbia in 2020, and New York in 2020.
