About Erin

Erin Cowling is a lawyer, not currently practicing, who developed her litigation experience at a large Bay Street firm and an estate litigation boutique, working on matters from Small Claims Court to the Supreme Court of Canada. She founded Flex Legal in 2015 and later wrote The Modern Freelance Lawyer, a guide to freelance legal work. She was also an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
