About Eric
Eric Wach has practised criminal defence since his call to the bar in 2010, appearing before the Provincial Court, the Court of King's Bench, and the Court of Appeal in Manitoba as well as courts in Ontario, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. His clients include professionals, business owners, alleged drug traffickers and gang members, police officers, and economically disadvantaged individuals. His practice covers drug trafficking, impaired driving, crimes of violence, fraud, property crimes, and regulatory offences. He has been a guest lecturer on search and seizure law at the University of Manitoba's Robson Hall Law School.
