Eric Stanger is a partner at Dives, Harper, Stanger & Mizrahi, called to the British Columbia Bar in 1998 after earning his LL.B. from the University of Victoria in 1997. His practice covers insurance and personal injury law, as well as corporate and commercial litigation, class proceedings, defamation, debtor/creditor actions, and medical malpractice defence. He also practices in complex litigation, professional malpractice, and human rights law.
