About Eric

Eric C. Nanayakkara is the Managing Partner of Regency Law Group, where he works across the firm's practice groups. He is a litigator whose selective practice focuses on complex or contentious disputes, and he also serves as General Counsel to several local and international corporations, advising entrepreneurs, start-ups, and high net-worth individuals. He earned his B.A. in history from the University of Western Ontario, a J.D. from Bond University in Australia, and completed coursework there toward an LLM as well. Eric was called to the bar in Ontario in 2008 and is a certified mediator through the Harvard Negotiation Institute. He has long been active in the Hamilton community, holding leadership roles with the Hamilton Lawyers' Club, the Ontario Bar Association, and several local charitable boards.
