About Eric

Eric Bedard is a partner at Woods, called to the Quebec Bar in 2010 and admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2024. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and litigates major commercial and administrative disputes, with experience spanning domestic and international arbitration as both counsel and arbitrator. He also advises clients on employment law matters, shareholder disputes, and corporate governance.
