About Enguerran

Enguerran Clot has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2015. He works primarily on financing for private companies in new technologies and life sciences, along with commercial and corporate law, serving entrepreneurs and private and institutional investors on financings, sales and acquisitions. He has served as board secretary for several technology companies and teaches courses on financing and startups. He earned a law degree from the Université de Montréal in 2014 and completed an exchange program in Chinese law at Beijing University of Political Science and Law in 2013.
