Hedi Belabidi has practiced law in Montreal since founding Cabinet HB légal inc. in 2014. He has appeared before numerous tribunals, including the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, the Court of Quebec, the Administrative Housing Tribunal, the Administrative Labour Tribunal, the Régie des alcools, and the Human Rights Tribunal. His civil practice covers commercial litigation, business incorporation, real estate and condominium law, insurance disputes, and shareholder disputes, while his criminal practice covers charges such as impaired driving, assault, drug offences, theft, and fraud, as well as Charter rights applications.
