About Emmanuel
Emmanuel Wingate holds an LLB and LLM and has more than ten years of combined legal experience in Nigeria and Ontario, working across civil, family, and criminal litigation. Since beginning practice in the Waterloo Region, his caseload has included complex civil disputes before the Ontario Superior Court, family matters before the Unified Family Court, and an appeal pending before the Court of Appeal for Ontario. His legal research has been published in law journals from Cambridge University Press, Oxford University Press, and Routledge.
