About Eliane
Eliane Leal da Silva is an associate at Gardiner Roberts LLP with an active practice in corporate, commercial, capital markets, and securities law. Her work focuses on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and corporate finance, including support for emerging growth companies. She also advises Canadian and foreign companies on cross-border investment and trade issues and helps international clients navigate doing business in Canada. Before joining the firm, Eliane practised law in Sao Paulo, Brazil for seven years. She is admitted to the bar in both Ontario, since 2021, and Sao Paulo, since 2012.
