About Edward

Edward Kaye is a retired partner who practised at Waterstone's Chilliwack office, with a broad practice focused on wills, estates, trusts and estate disputes. He is no longer licensed to practise or offer legal advice but remains a connected member of the firm. Kaye was born in Pennsylvania, moved to British Columbia with his family in 1974, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of British Columbia before completing his law degree at Dalhousie University in Halifax. He returned to British Columbia in 1989, articled and practised with a Chilliwack firm, joined Waterstone in 1997, and was called to the bar in 1990. He has been active in Chilliwack community organizations, including as past president of the Chilliwack-Fraser Rotary Club and the Chilliwack Family YMCA.
