Edward A. Mancinelli is the principal and founder of Mancinelli PC. He advises clients and start-ups on intellectual property matters including trademarks, copyright, domain names, trade secrets, and patents, as well as data and operational privacy, health privacy, AI, and corporate/commercial agreements. He is a former special advisor, on secondment, to the Ontario Ministry of Health's Digital Health branch.
