Mancinelli PC is a Toronto law firm concentrated on intellectual property, business, and health regulatory law, working out of an office on Eglinton Avenue East in the city's midtown core. The firm is led by founder Edward A. Mancinelli, whose IP practice covers trademark applications and clearance in Canada and the United States, along with filings through the World Intellectual Property Office and in the United Kingdom and European Union, copyright, domain name matters, licensing, and IP portfolio management for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and established businesses. On the health side, the firm advises regulated health professionals, clinic operators, and health organizations on regulatory compliance, clinic leases, and complaints before health colleges, and its privacy practice covers PIPEDA and PHIPA compliance, data processing agreements, and emerging AI privacy questions.

Mancinelli holds a law degree from Western University, an ICD Certificate in not for profit governance from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto (2015), and the Osgoode Certificate in Health Law (2016). Mancinelli also holds an OCAP Certificate from the First Nations Information Governance Centre, a credential in Indigenous data governance, and is qualified before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. Before some of this work, Mancinelli served as a special advisor, on secondment, to the Ontario Ministry of Health's Digital Health branch.
