About Douglas

Douglas Shatford is senior partner at the firm, practising litigation, personal injury, criminal, family, and municipal law. Shatford was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 1974, holding an LL.B. and B.Comm. from Dalhousie University, and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1995. A partner since 1981, Shatford serves as regional counsel for federal prosecutions and has provided legal counsel to hospitals and professional regulatory bodies.
