Dave W. McNairn

About Dave

Dave McNairn was born in Amherst, Nova Scotia and studied at the University of Western Ontario before earning his LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 2003. He joined Hicks LeMoine Law in 2004, focusing on real estate, corporate and commercial law, municipal law, and estate planning, and became a partner in 2009. He is licensed to practice in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick and works primarily out of the firm's Amherst office. Dave has been active in the Amherst business community, including service with the Amherst & Area Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Amherst, and has held roles with the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and the Real Estate Lawyers' Association of Nova Scotia.
