About Doug

Doug advises businesses across the Manitoba economy on commercial law matters including mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases and dispositions, corporate reorganizations, commercial real estate transactions, land development and leasing. He leads a banking practice working with banks, credit unions and financial services providers as well as corporate borrowers on debt issuances, equity financings and secured lending. Doug chairs Ronald McDonald House Charities Manitoba's board.
