About Donna

Donna Gee is the founding and managing partner of Paramount Law Group. She was a registered nurse from 1993 to 2020 and has practised law since 2005, focusing on family law, elder law, wills and estates, guardianships and trusteeships, and estate litigation. She has appeared successfully at all levels of court in Alberta, including a successful international child abduction case at the Alberta Court of Appeal in 2021. Donna is active in community and pro bono work for seniors, having served as president of the Arbour Lake Community Association and the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society, and as president of the National CBA Elder Law Section. She currently chairs the CBA Southern Alberta Elder Law Section and serves as president of the Seniors Resource Council of Alberta. Before founding Paramount Law Group, she founded and managed two other law firms.
