About Diana

Diana Williams is a barrister and solicitor called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. She earned her law degree from De Montfort University in the United Kingdom in 2011 and, after returning to Canada, completed the National Committee on Accreditation process, receiving her certificate of qualification in 2016. Diana articled alongside an experienced family lawyer and at a boutique firm devoted entirely to family law. She now practises exclusively in family law matters, covering separation and cohabitation agreements, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, and contested and uncontested divorces, with regular appearances at the Superior Court's Family Branch in Barrie, Newmarket, Toronto, and Oshawa. Recognizing the importance of keeping families together, she has also grown her practice to include immigration law, particularly spousal sponsorship applications.
