Divyanshu, known as Divy, is the founder and principal lawyer of Divy Law Corp in Surrey, BC. He is dual-qualified in India, through the Bar Council of India, and British Columbia, and practises civil and commercial litigation, family law, and aviation, business, and corporate law. He graduated from the University of British Columbia's Allard School of Law with an LL.M. in 2023 and completed his articling with boutique and mid-sized Vancouver and Surrey firms before opening his own practice. As a licensed commercial pilot, he brings first-hand knowledge to his aviation law work, including Transport Canada compliance and licensing matters. Divy volunteers with Access Pro Bono, the Kitsilano-Fairview Community Policing Centre, and the CBA BC Intellectual Property Law Section, and previously served as elected President of the UBC Graduate Law Students' Society.
