Klukach Family Law is a solo family law practice based in Toronto, founded by Diane Klukach in 2013. The founder earned a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto in 1981 and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1985, then was called to the Ontario bar in 1987. That same year, Diane Klukach joined the Toronto firm Cassels Brock, then opened an independent practice, Klukach Family Law, in 2013. The firm's site describes an approach that borrows the discipline of a large corporate firm and applies it to each client's own situation, rather than treating every file the same way.

The firm handles divorce, separation, spousal support, and property division, along with pre-nuptial agreements and parenting matters such as decision making, parenting time, and child support. Most files are worked toward a negotiated or alternative dispute resolution outcome instead of a trial, with an emphasis on keeping a working relationship with opposing counsel and arbitrators along the way. Diane Klukach holds a Martindale-Hubbell BV Distinguished rating and belongs to the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
