About Derek
Derek Greenside practiced law at Kostyniuk & Greenside in Toronto and is now listed as retired. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1985 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1987, becoming a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation in 1999. He concentrated in insurance law since his call to the bar, with considerable experience conducting jury trials and appearing as counsel at Licence Appeal Tribunal arbitrations, as well as at private mediations and arbitrations involving priority and loss transfer disputes. He served as President of the Toronto Lawyers Association in 2010 and is a past chair of the Bar Dispute Resolution Group Forum.
