About Derek
Derek Allchurch is a semi-retired Senior Lawyer at Pipella Law. Derek earned a Commerce degree from the University of Calgary in 1989 and an LL.B. from the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law in 1993, returning to Calgary in 1995 after articling in Edmonton and being called to the Alberta Bar in 1994. Derek has appeared before multiple Alberta courts and participated in roughly 100 private mediations, and since 2004 has authored papers on the Minor Injury Regulation.
