About Clare

Clare Shrybman is a Toronto-based Barrister, Solicitor and Notary Public with a practice focused on family law, refugee law, and public interest advocacy. She represents private clients as well as Legal Aid Ontario certificate clients in complex family matters, refugee claims, and provincial or federal human rights claims. Shrybman also serves as a Panel Lawyer for the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General and has worked with the Senate of Canada and the United Nations Human Rights Office on legal and policy analysis relating to human rights frameworks. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Laws in human rights law from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she is also a PhD candidate.
