About David

David Jenkins grew up in Northern BC and earned his law degree at the University of Alberta before returning to Prince George to article with his father, David Jenkins Sr., K.C., who has practised criminal law locally for more than 50 years. He represents clients on criminal charges as well as Motor Vehicle Act and Wildlife Act matters, travelling around BC and occasionally into Alberta for his cases. He regularly appears in Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and the BC Court of Appeal, drawing on Charter arguments to protect his clients' rights.
